The place to discuss and hopefully solve WickedOS errors.

Are the Retropie/WickedOS images compatible with Pi 400? Also, do these require a MicroSD card? I tried to burn the dual-boot to a USB flash drive, but it would not move past the dual-boot PINN screen. If I selected WickedOS, it would just reboot to the PINN screen. If I select RetroPie, it displays a blinking cursor and that's as far as it goes.
Thank you for the effort you've put in to improving the retro community!

@Mordrach USB is out of the picture with these as they were made on SD cards for SD cards, but it is possible you just have to install them to a usb with PINN

Hello so
- they are not "out the box" ready for usb .
- i am working on usb wicked os 2.0 base but expanding has been a issue .
- a 256 gb micro sd is the best bet
-
Anyway, we can get a base image with android and retropie on the SD card without games? Perhaps in 32GB Size!

@redhotiron2004 this is possible with just removing all the roms and scraped media from both the android and retropie installs.
as we are still working on it as @Retro Devil #2 has already mentioned

Hello
so heres the issues
- expanding memory is a b****. so if you get on 32 gb it is 32 gb.
- i cant get it too boot from usb at all. Even starting all over from usb .
i can however tell you how to make lol lol .
- download pinn
- burn to sd
- load it up
- connect to internet
- select to download retropie and android 11 NOT 12. 12 didnt work
- when its done boot retropie install Devils Box and use it lol
- for android follow youtube video or android playstore if you want
- download daijishou, retroarch, aethersx2, redream, mupen64plus (probably more cant remeber)
- make a folder called roms . then inside make systems you want
- puts roms in that folder
- open daijishou set it up. thiers tons of videos
- open retroarch set it up .
- open redream set it up
- etc
